this house is nice, but the neighborhood sucks. i wish my friend would have bought a place within walking distance of, oh, ANYTHING.|
the old lady next door asked to borrow fifty bucks, so i let her. she told me she gets a check on the first of the month, and that she would pay me then. on the second day of the month, i went over looking to collect. she told me her check comes on the tenth and she would give me ten dollars then. well that's not what you said, but fine. fine.
then she asked my roommate to give me fifty dollars and she would pay him back ten at a time. he told her to not worry about it.
look, lady. i would be more sympathetic to your situation had you been straight up with me to begin with.
today as i left the house, she called me over to ask if my roommate had given me the money. "no, it doesn't work like that. you can keep the money, but stop throwing sticks from your yard to mine."
she picks up twigs and throws them into my yard. then she yells at me for not picking them up. the yard waste people come every thursday and it's just as easy for her to throw them by the road. OLD PEOPLE.
